HunkIO 1.2 is a simple class that lets you read or
write a file in one fell swoop into RAM.  It also
includes createTempFile method that is more
convenient to use than File.createTempFile.
Version 1.1 adds PrintWriterPlus that expands
embedded linefeeds in Strings to platform
dependent line separator sequences.  May be used
freely for any purpose but military.

Version 1.2 adds a configurable lineSeparator.
