A service for collecting credit card shareware registrations online, similar to PayPal run by the Digital River people. They charge 16% with a $2.00 minimum. They deal with collecting credit card info from buyers and dealing with the various credit card companies. They also have an affiliate plan for sellers.

You can submit your descriptions of shareware products to RegNow using PAD XML format. This lets you create them offline. There is a simple utility called PadGen to create the files. This format is endorsed by ASP.
