Tip 4: Don't live with Broken Windows
Tip 8: Invest Regularly in Your Knowledge Portfolio, e.g.
Learn at least one new language every year.
Read a technical book each quarter.
Read nontechnical books too.
Take classes. (e.g. Design Patterns Course)
Participate in local user groups.
Experiment with different environments.
Stay current.
