killfile: You can set up a filter in your mailreader of newsreader so that you don't have to deal with people you don't want to. You might filter out people because they have a reputation for deliberately posting false information, for posting trolls, for being raving lunatics, for rambling on about trivia or for generally just being a waste of time.
