GradFinder: A place where you can register yourself by grad class. They have a database of all the world's schools. You can post notes and pictures. It also has mechanisms to help organise reunions. There is a noticeboard feature too. You can also create multiple photo albums to share with your friends. You can also manage contact lists. I was astonished to find many of the grads from my school there.
