annotation
Annotation is a new feature with Java 1.5 that enables you to embed additional information about classes, methods, fields etc. in the source code, that can be used by tools to automatically generate code, format it, generate UML etc. I have not yet used the tool. I think all it amounts to is adding the @META JavaDoc tag.
