18Minutes: A tool for launching batch processing that works on any platform. It prompts the user to provide the needed parameters with a dialog box. It provides for menus of commonly used programs. It is written in Java. The strange name comes from the way the author requests you pay for the shareware, with the dollar equivalent of 18 minutes of your time.
